HR Analyst (Payroll)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Analyst specialized in payroll to join our Human Resources team in Caracas. The role acts as a bridge between HR and business units, supporting talent development, employee relations and payroll processing while promoting a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across the organization.
• Facilitate organizational change and culture‑building projects.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate, timely payments (mandatory responsibility).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
