Greenskeeper

About the role

Join Invited’s club facilities team as a Greenskeeper, responsible for maintaining the golf course’s turf and surrounding landscapes to the highest standards of playability and appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees and roughs to maintain proper height.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides according to the agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Operate and adjust irrigation systems to keep turf moisture optimal.
• Monitor turf health, identify pests, diseases or nutrient deficiencies and take corrective action.
• Safely operate powered equipment such as mowers, aerators and sprayers, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain landscaping around the clubhouse, including flowerbeds, shrubs and trees; trim and prune as needed.
• Prepare soil beds, lay sod and plant new vegetation under direction.
• Keep pathways, bunkers and water hazards clear of debris and in good condition.
• Assist in constructing and maintaining new course features like greens, tees and bunkers.
