Golang Technical Leader – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Golang Technical Leader to design and develop high‑scale distributed systems and control planes. The role is fully remote and involves guiding a team of engineers to deliver reliable, high‑performance backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of distributed, high‑scale backend services.
• Architect solutions for concurrency, caching, failover, latency, and partial‑failure scenarios.
• Define service architecture and drive technical decisions across the team.
• Implement and maintain observability (logging, metrics, tracing) for distributed systems.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices for Go development.
• Ensure technical excellence throughout the system lifecycle.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Go for distributed systems and high‑scale backend development.
• Deep knowledge of concurrency, caching, failover, latency, and partial‑failure design.
• Hands‑on experience with Redis.
• Experience with gRPC and REST service architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
