Field Sales Executive – Multi-City (Venezuela)

About the role

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to lead commercial strategy across multiple Venezuelan cities. You will manage key distributors, guide sales teams, and ensure the brand’s growth in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for assigned chains and accounts to meet sales targets and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, acting as the primary contact for business development and negotiations.
• Oversee the performance of four distributors and their sales‑and‑marketing teams, aligning them with corporate priorities.
• Conduct frequent trade visits to spot market opportunities, monitor competitors, and guarantee correct 5Ps execution at the point of sale.
• Drive distribution and coverage goals across Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels to expand brand presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, commercial or trade‑marketing roles within a CPG company.
• Understanding of market dynamics in mass‑consumption sectors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for extensive travel.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to one of the strategic hubs: Valencia, Caracas, Maracaibo, Puerto La Cruz, Puerto Ordaz, Mérida or Anzoátegui.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills.
