Field-Based Sales Executive – Multiple Cities in Venezuela

About the role

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead commercial strategy across several Venezuelan cities. This field‑based position will manage key distributors, drive growth, and ensure flawless execution of the 5Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People) in all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for assigned chains and accounts to meet sales targets and increase market share.
• Maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for business development and negotiations.
• Oversee the performance of four distributors and their sales and marketing teams, aligning them with corporate priorities.
• Conduct frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and ensure accurate 5Ps execution at point of sale.
• Drive distribution and coverage goals within wholesale, small, and store retail channels to expand brand presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in sales, commercial or trade‑marketing roles within a mass‑consumption (CPG) environment.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily travel.
• Currently based in, or willing to relocate to, one of the strategic hubs: Valencia, Caracas, Maracaibo, Puerto La Cruz, Puerto Ordaz, Mérida or Anzoátegui.
