About the role

BairesDev is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Executive Search team. This remote position focuses on identifying and attracting senior‑level talent for both internal needs and client organizations, primarily within the United States market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to source executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage placement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate data.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market trends to refine sourcing tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
