Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to source, assess and place senior‑level leaders for our global clients. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with BairesDev’s top‑tier talent network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to determine candidates’ qualifications, experience, cultural fit and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Facilitate offer negotiations, salary discussions and contract finalisation.
• Proactively attract top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience recruiting US‑based candidates for commercial roles.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Strong knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
