Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead the search, attraction, and assessment of senior‑level talent for our global clients. You will work remotely, partnering with hiring managers to place high‑impact leaders who drive strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level roles.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate‑assessment abilities.
• Broad knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
