Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead the search for senior‑level talent for our global clients. You will work remotely, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract and assess high‑impact leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to gauge candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level roles.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience recruiting US‑based candidates for commercial positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
