About the role

Join Mondelēz International in Venezuela as a Financial Planning Specialist. You will work under the Finance Manager, handling detailed finance tasks, transaction processing, and data structuring while ensuring information integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute finance planning and performance management activities, including annual contract forecasting, target development, and financial reporting.
• Collect and validate data, maintain data integrity, and perform reconciliations and basic controls.
• Support ad‑hoc analyses and projects requested by senior finance leadership.
• Contribute to a strong control environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the finance team and invest in personal and team development.

Required profile
