End User Account Manager

About the role

Rockwell Automation is seeking an End User Account Manager to drive sales growth and build strategic relationships with key customers in the industrial automation sector. Reporting to the Sales Manager – End‑user, you will lead account planning, coordinate resources, and deliver tailored solutions that align with customer goals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute detailed account plans for each customer.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to present Rockwell Automation solutions, products, and services.
• Coordinate sales programs in line with regional objectives.
• Manage objections, negotiate profitable deals, and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales teams to expand market reach and ensure proper order management.
• Build relationships with senior management and decision‑makers to understand business strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities that support the company’s market strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• 5+ years of experience in similar industries, preferably in industrial automation or software.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients within an existing portfolio.
