Elixir Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Elixir Developer to join its fully remote team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend applications using Elixir and the Phoenix framework, contributing to high‑impact projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust applications with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Develop, document, and maintain APIs and backend services.
• Build concurrent and distributed systems that handle high traffic.
• Write automated tests, ensure code quality, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Elixir.
• Proven ability to work with APIs, web services, and database technologies.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and concurrent programming.
• Experience writing unit tests and using CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
