Elixir Developer (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as an Elixir Developer and help build scalable, high‑performance applications using Elixir and the Phoenix framework. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers on projects for leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement backend applications with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Build and maintain APIs and other web services.
• Develop concurrent and distributed systems.
• Write automated tests and ensure code quality.
• Monitor, profile, and optimise application performance.
• Collaborate with peers to devise technical solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Elixir.
• Proven experience building APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of database technologies.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Basic IT infrastructure awareness.
• Experience designing real‑world software modules.
• Proficiency in unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced level of English.
