Elixir Developer (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as an Elixir Developer and help build scalable, high‑performance applications using Elixir and the Phoenix framework. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers on challenging projects for leading tech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement applications with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services.
• Develop concurrent and distributed systems.
• Write automated tests and ensure code quality.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with team members on technical solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience with Elixir.
• Proven experience building APIs and web services.
• Experience with database technologies.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Ability to design and implement real‑world software modules.
• Proficiency in unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced level of English.
