Elixir Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced Elixir Developer to join its fully remote team. You will work on scalable, high‑performance applications using Elixir and the Phoenix framework, collaborating with top‑tier engineers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement applications with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services.
• Develop concurrent and distributed systems.
• Write automated tests and ensure code quality.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance.
• Collaborate with team members on technical solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Elixir.
• Proven experience building APIs and web services.
• Solid background with database technologies.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Experience designing real‑world software modules.
• Proficiency in unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced level of English.
