E-commerce Listing Designer and Optimizer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented E‑commerce Listing Designer and Optimizer to develop high‑performing product listings across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify and others. The role blends visual design, copywriting and marketplace SEO to drive ranking, conversion and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Create and continuously optimize product listings on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify and additional e‑commerce platforms.
• Conduct keyword research using Helium 10, Keepa, Amazon search data and competitor analysis.
• Integrate keywords naturally into titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend terms, A+ content and other listing fields.
• Write clear, conversion‑focused copy that highlights features, benefits and competitive advantages.
• Design and enhance visual assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma, including image stacks, A+ modules and brand stores.
• Leverage AI tools for design, image editing and copy generation to accelerate workflow.
• Analyze competitor listings, customer reviews and marketplace trends to improve product positioning.
• Prepare creative briefs for photographers, designers or outsourced teams and coordinate with cross‑functional experts.
• Monitor performance metrics, PPC campaigns, Amazon Attribution and external traffic sources to refine listings.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Proven experience creating and optimizing e‑commerce product listings, especially on Amazon.
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword research and conversion‑focused copywriting.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional attitude, solid communication skills and teamwork orientation.
