Division Manager – Electrical Services

About the role

Wesworth Electric is seeking a Division Manager to own and grow its Electrical Services Division. Based in Caracas, you will lead a high‑performance team that delivers luxury residential, commercial and industrial projects across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the division’s P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Design and manage daily schedules, audit service tickets for accurate pricing and diagnosis, and review CRM proposals.
• Maintain truck inventory accuracy above 90% to ensure flawless field operations.
• Lead, coach and hold remote field electricians and dispatch coordinators accountable to production and safety metrics.
• Report directly to the CEO and act as an intrapreneurial owner of the business unit.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality.
• Strong operational command and ability to audit and schedule remotely.
• Proven people‑management experience leading distributed technical teams.
• Focus on key performance indicators such as gross margin, technician productivity, CSAT and first‑time fix rate.
