Digital Marketing & Photo Curation Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate to join Wonderful Machine as a Digital Marketing & Photo Curation Trainee. The position is full‑time, remote and offers a structured training program that starts with data‑management and then moves into either digital marketing or photo‑curation work.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain the company’s database of clients, photographers, crew, agents and other industry contacts.
• Communicate with contacts via email, schedule capability calls and ensure information is accurate.
• After the initial month, join the Publicity team to research, write, edit and share articles and visual content across the blog, email campaigns and social media, OR join the Membership team to learn industry organisations, curate photographs and photographers for promotions, and support photographer onboarding.
• Participate in daily staff meetings and collaborate with the wider creative‑production team.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability and ability to attend daily remote meetings.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps, fiber or cable preferred) with a backup option.
• Strong spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
• Own a MacBook (2020 model or newer) or be willing to acquire one.
• Interest in photography, advertising, marketing and the creative industries.
• Professional, reliable communication style and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software.
