DevSecOps & Azure Technical Leader (Remote)

About the role

As a DevSecOps & Azure Technical Leader at BairesDev, you will design and implement secure, automated, and resilient Azure infrastructure that supports hybrid and multi‑cloud environments. You will embed security throughout the CI/CD lifecycle and guide the architecture of container orchestration at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure Azure infrastructure across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
• Architect and manage identity security frameworks using Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Create hybrid cloud networking solutions (VPN, ExpressRoute, SD‑WAN).
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Bicep.
• Embed security controls throughout CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Defender for Cloud.
• Lead container orchestration architecture on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud infrastructure.
• Expert‑level knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its security features.
• Strong expertise in Azure AD/Entra ID and identity management.
• Deep experience with hybrid networking (VPN, ExpressRoute, SD‑WAN).
• Proficiency in Terraform, Bicep, and container orchestration (AKS).
• Experience securing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Defender for Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
