DevSecOps & Azure Technical Leader (Remote)

About the role

As a DevSecOps & Azure Technical Leader you will shape the secure, automated foundation for all applications and data platforms across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments. You will combine deep Azure expertise with a security‑first mindset to embed protection throughout the CI/CD lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure Azure infrastructure across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
• Architect and manage identity security frameworks (Azure AD/Entra ID).
• Design hybrid cloud networking solutions, including VPN, ExpressRoute and SD‑WAN.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep.
• Embed security throughout CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Defender for Cloud.
• Lead container orchestration architecture on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud infrastructure.
• Expert‑level knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and security.
• Strong expertise in Azure AD/Entra ID and identity management.
• Deep experience with hybrid cloud networking (VPN, ExpressRoute, SD‑WAN).
• Proficiency in IaC tools Terraform and Bicep.
• Hands‑on experience with AKS and container orchestration.
• Background embedding security in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Defender for Cloud).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
