Deal Desk Associate

About the role

Remote is looking for a Deal Desk Associate to join its fast‑growing global SaaS business. You will gain hands‑on experience across the full quote‑to‑cash cycle, working closely with a high‑performing Deal Desk team in an asynchronous, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational tasks such as order management and building quotes.
• Support sales teams during deal reviews and ensure accurate deal documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Sales stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Identify and flag process issues, proposing improvements to streamline the quote‑to‑cash workflow.

Required profile

• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Order Management.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (required); CPQ tools are a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash processes and order management principles.
• Curiosity about commercial drivers such as revenue, margin and risk.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage high‑volume periods.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
