Customer Support Specialist – B2B (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (B2B) to join a fast‑growing company that provides ready‑to‑heat meal solutions to corporate offices, healthcare facilities, schools and residential communities. Working remotely, you will be the frontline of the Customer Experience team, handling client inquiries, processing orders and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, modify and update orders in Shopify and internal systems; process remakes, replacements and credit requests while meeting SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to missing, damaged or delayed deliveries, coordinating with Logistics, Fulfillment and Operations.
• Manage inbound tickets, emails and live‑chat inquiries, prioritising by business impact and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Support onboarding of new client accounts, maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with assigned customers.
• Gather complete information before escalating cases, document issues clearly and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in high‑volume customer support environments.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced operation.
• Excellent written communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
