CRM Manager (Remote)

About the role

The CRM Manager will own the execution of CRM strategies for BairesDev's VIP Audiences & Experiences function. Working remotely, you will design and automate outreach sequences that engage high‑value clients, former customers, and top‑tier event audiences, using generative AI to drive measurable sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute multi‑touch outreach sequences across email, direct mail, and event follow‑up for VIP account segments.
• Create and maintain AI‑assisted automation workflows that connect outreach tools, the CRM system, and data‑enrichment platforms.
• Use Claude daily for outreach copy, contact research, account intelligence, and workflow logic.
• Track and report pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
• Own data‑enrichment processes to keep VIP contact records accurate, current, and actionable.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing.
• In‑house experience at a US‑based B2B company (agency or contractor work does not qualify).
• Background in B2B SaaS or tech‑services industry.
• Hands‑on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, or Reply.io.
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools, preferably Claude, with strong prompt‑engineering skills.
• Experience building automation workflows with Zapier, n8n, or Make.com.
• Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• STEM or quantitative degree (Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Physics) or a non‑STEM background with a proven data‑driven track record.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
