Creative Artworker / Graphic Designer

About the role

NeoWork is seeking a Creative Artworker/Graphic Designer to support a fast‑growing UK‑based DTC consumer app. You will adapt master creative assets for 12 languages across 14 markets, ensuring visual consistency and typographic quality in every localized version.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt master creative assets for multiple languages, handling copy‑length variation, line breaks and typography fixes.
• Build and maintain localized static and animated assets for Meta, TikTok, email and programmatic channels (AppLovin, Moloco, Unity).
• QA typography and readability across Latin‑script language variants.
• Prepare master files in Photoshop and Figma with smart layers, component variants and auto‑layout for easy localisation.
• Manage export workflows to meet channel specifications (aspect ratios, file types, naming conventions).
• Track localisation versions and keep organized asset libraries for the 14‑market rollout.
• Coordinate handoffs with the Creative Strategist and Senior Video Editor.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of design experience focused on localisation or large‑scale production design.
• Expert proficiency in Photoshop and Figma, including localisation‑friendly file setup.
• Proven track record adapting creatives across multiple languages and markets.
• Strong typographic eye for line‑height, kerning and accented characters.
• Clear written English for asynchronous collaboration and a portfolio showcasing multi‑language work.
