Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent at BairesDev, you will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees. Working remotely, you will ensure seamless itineraries while navigating diverse cultures, time zones, and travel regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services within budget constraints.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and government travel regulations across multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate with relocation firms, agencies or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Proficient English communication skills.
