Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

The Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent will manage international travel arrangements for BairesDev’s clients and employees. Working remotely, you will coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, visas, and related services while ensuring compliance with global travel regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and other services according to requirements and budget.
• Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of passport, visa, and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials.
• Document and update travel processes, proposing improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.
