Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a proactive Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location while supporting a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate flights, accommodations, ground transportation, meals, car rentals, health insurance, and other travel services in line with budget requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit expense reports, and reconcile travel expenditures.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Stay current on passport, visa, and travel regulations for multiple destinations and ensure compliance.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel management.
• At least 4 years of overall travel planning experience.
• Strong command of English.
