Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for our clients and employees. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a global team of top‑tier tech talent.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, often collaborating with relocation firms or government agencies.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.
