Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. The role blends travel logistics, visa coordination, and cost optimization while supporting a globally distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Stay up‑to‑date with passport, visa, and travel regulations across multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies or government officials.
• Document, update and own travel‑process documentation, proposing enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Proficient English communication skills.
