Controller – Accounting & Finance Leader

About the role

Everlast Bathrooms seeks an experienced, hands‑on Controller to lead accounting and financial operations. The role is pivotal for maintaining strong financial controls, improving profitability, and supporting strategic business decisions in a growing company.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting, month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close, and prepare P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and payroll accuracy.
• Analyze gross margins and profitability across products, projects and locations, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Control inventory tracking, allocation to jobs, and cost reconciliation.
• Establish and monitor expense policies, credit‑card programs and internal financial controls.
• Partner with sales, operations, purchasing, production and installation teams to improve financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with controller or senior finance leadership preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proven experience with AP, AR, payroll, inventory management and financial close processes.
