Construction Manager - Airport EPC Construction (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the night‑shift execution of a large‑scale Airport EPC project in Venezuela. The role involves overseeing all civil, structural, architectural and MEP works, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall construction activities across civil, structural, architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Control schedule, budget, quality and HSE compliance.
• Monitor progress, productivity and resource allocation, and resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, hand‑over and project close‑out.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience, with at least 8 years on airport, aviation or major infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record on EPC contracts valued above USD 200 million.
• Experience working with international contractors and standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
