Construction Estimator – Masonry

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator specialized in masonry to support civil projects across the United States. The role is fully remote and involves preparing accurate take‑offs, budgets, and drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial works.

Key responsibilities

• Perform material take‑offs and cost calculations from shop drawings and project plans.
• Prepare and revise drawings using AutoCAD and related design tools.
• Develop budgets and time‑estimate reports for masonry components (stones, stucco, CMU).
• Manage daily workflow, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams to convey technical information.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Verified engineering or architectural background.
• Minimum 2 years experience on US residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Professional attitude with strong written and verbal communication.
