Community Manager

About the role

The company is looking for a Community Manager to lead and grow its brand presence across social media platforms in Venezuela. This on‑site role in Caracas works Monday‑Friday with alternate Saturdays, offering a full‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of official brand accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Develop monthly content calendars to ensure brand consistency
• Optimize platform‑specific SEO and engagement strategies to boost organic reach
• Identify, onboard, and manage local KOLs in tech and lifestyle niches, execute campaigns and track performance metrics
• Maintain long‑term relationships with content creators and agencies
• Design holiday‑themed campaigns and organize online‑to‑offline activations such as pop‑up events and fan meetups
• Monitor competitor social strategies, produce regular social listening reports, and provide actionable insights

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in tech or consumer electronics
• Established network with Venezuelan KOLs, MCNs, or agencies
• Fluent in Spanish with professional proficiency in English
• Must provide own laptop/computer for work purposes
