Client Outreach and Coordinator

About the role

The Client Outreach and Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients, delivering information about Lingua Learn’s language programs and franchise services. The role supports the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, scheduling consultations and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and provide clear, professional communication that reflects the Lingua Learn brand.
• Qualify leads, schedule follow‑up calls or consultations, and update CRM records accurately.
• Support sales campaigns by following up on warm leads and assisting with enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely responses and smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities, with experience handling calls professionally.
• Proven sales skills, including lead qualification and call‑based conversion techniques.
• Background in insurance or a similar service‑industry, comfortable explaining service packages and benefits.
• Experience in training‑related environments, able to convey information about language courses and onboarding processes.
• Prior call‑center or tele‑sales experience, familiarity with CRM systems, reliable internet and a quiet remote workspace.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
