Career Framework Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Career Framework Specialist to design and maintain career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for its Talent organization. This remote position focuses on creating clear, scalable role structures that support global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for Talent roles.
• Develop and update role definitions, responsibilities, and seniority distinctions.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across all Talent‑related structures.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to align frameworks with business needs.
• Document and communicate updates in a structured, globally usable format.
• Support audits and Talent processes by keeping role architectures accurate and standardized.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Business Analysis, or Job Architecture.
• Proven experience designing career paths, job families, or role architectures.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex information into clear frameworks.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional HR or Talent teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence.
• Hands‑on experience with flowchart or mapping tools like Miro or Lucidchart.
