Cardiology Sales Representative

About the role

MITEC Medical, the authorized Caribbean distributor of Boston Scientific, Echosens and Artivion, is seeking a motivated Cardiology Sales Representative. The role focuses on promoting innovative cardiology technologies to physicians, hospitals and clinics across the Caribbean region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell cardiac rhythm management, electrophysiology and structural heart disease devices to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets in a competitive market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
• Travel extensively throughout the Caribbean and internationally for meetings, conferences and training events.
• Represent MITEC Medical at medical congresses, workshops and educational sessions.

Required profile

• Strong passion for medical sales, preferably within cardiology, with interest or experience in cardiac rhythm management, electrophysiology or structural heart disease.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Professional‑level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid passport and U.S. visa.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Highly self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of working independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
