Business Management Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Management Analyst to join BairesDev’s development team, working remotely with multicultural project groups worldwide. The role focuses on analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring solutions meet user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes, anticipate requirements and propose optimisation solutions.
• Lead continuous reviews of processes and develop strategies for automation and modernization.
• Stay current with process and IT advancements, especially in mobile, web and device domains.
• Perform detailed requirements analysis and translate them into functional specifications.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business needs and conduct user acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a closely related role.
• Strong research, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of data modelling techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
