About the role
EcoFlow is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its portable power station and energy‑storage solutions in Venezuela. You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales, and increasing brand awareness in a fast‑moving renewable‑energy market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of local customers, ensuring strong and stable partnerships.
- Oversee market operations, pricing strategy and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for portable power stations.
- Plan and execute brand‑promotion and market‑activation activities to raise awareness of EcoFlow’s energy‑storage products.
- Gather competitor and market intelligence, analyse trends and propose actionable market‑development strategies.
- Collaborate with regional teams to relay market feedback and support backend business decisions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the renewable‑energy or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the Venezuelan market, customer needs and pricing dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results‑oriented mindset.
