About the role
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Brand Specialist for its Oral Care portfolio in Caracas. You will act as the brand champion, guiding strategic direction, positioning, and long‑term profit and loss growth for the assigned brands.
Key responsibilities
- Own the financial performance and strategic vision of the oral‑care brand portfolio.
- Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social and traditional media.
- Translate market research and predictive analytics into product, pricing and communication strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI and operational efficiency.
- Align cross‑functional teams (Sales, R&D, Operations, Finance) around brand objectives and major launches.
- Mentor junior brand team members and foster a culture of strategic thinking.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Minimum 2 years progressive brand‑management experience in FMCG/CPG.
- Full P&L ownership experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
