Bookkeeper with QuickBooks

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks expertise to support our financial department remotely. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and handling invoices while ensuring compliance with data‑privacy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Update and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks.
• Collect, review, and prepare data for financial reports.
• Register vendor bills, manage invoices, and prepare payments.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and data‑privacy standards.
• Excellent mathematical ability, professionalism, and proactive communication.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Team‑oriented mindset and analytical thinking.
