Booking Consultant (Inbound Tour Operations)

About the role

We are looking for a Booking Consultant to manage inbound tour operations for our clients visiting Venezuela. The role involves direct interaction with overseas travelers, coordinating their complete travel experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Organise full tour packages including air, hotel, transfers and excursions.
• Prepare and manage quotes from issuance until the travel date.
• Perform data‑entry and clerical accounting tasks related to bookings.
• Handle email correspondence and use online booking tools and contracted fare systems.
• Provide additional support and perform other duties as requested.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Good attendance and reliable work ethic.
• College degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Venezuela’s tourism landscape is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Amadeus or Sabre GDS (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRS and standard office software (Microsoft Office).
• Strong data‑entry capabilities.
• Comfortable using email and online booking platforms.
