About the role

GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English Agent to provide towing and roadside assistance support to customers. Working remotely, you will ensure clear communication and timely updates throughout each service interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers requiring towing or roadside assistance.
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams to arrange service delivery.
• Provide real‑time updates to customers on service status.
• Manage multiple calls and service requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Use CRM and online communication tools to document interactions and track cases.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in emergency or high‑pressure situations.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet home work environment.
