Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a results‑oriented Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team full‑time on‑site in Chacao, Caracas. You will identify high‑value business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that drive company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage clients to expand market presence.
• Build long‑term client partnerships through consultative selling and regular follow‑ups.
• Collaborate in lead generation and business development within the agency.
• Follow communication scripts for various topics.
• Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Present tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain active lead tracking and pipeline metrics using CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Make at least 60 calls per day.

Required profile

• Advanced English level (C1 required).
• Proven track record in sales.
• Experience with CRM software and tracking tools.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the US market is a strong plus.
• Full‑time availability in Chacao, Caracas.
