About the role
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Bilingual HR Generalist to act as the bridge between Human Resources and our business units in Caracas. The role will drive people strategies that align with organizational goals, support talent development, and nurture a high‑performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Facilitate organizational change and culture‑building projects.
- Manage payroll processes as a mandatory function.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum three years of HR experience, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
