Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Spanish/English (Voice & Chat)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Specialist who will handle voice and chat interactions in both Spanish and English. Working remotely, you will support a diverse e‑commerce customer base, ensuring quick and friendly resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, chats and emails, providing high‑quality support in Spanish and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver prompt solutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and tools to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce systems.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
