Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Spanish/English (Voice & Chat)

About the role

Join our TalentPop team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing voice and chat support in both Spanish and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful written support that our diverse customers rely on, helping resolve issues quickly and leaving a positive impression.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries from customers in Spanish and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues efficiently.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar platforms).
• Basic proficiency with standard PC hardware (minimum i5 processor) and a stable internet connection (≥25 Mbps).
