About the role

Join our TalentPop team as a remote Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing voice and chat support in Spanish and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful written support that our diverse customers rely on.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries from customers.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.

• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
