About the role

Join our TalentPop App team as a remote Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing voice and chat support in both Spanish and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful written support that our diverse customers rely on, ensuring fast and accurate resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email, delivering exceptional service.
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Offer feedback and suggestions to refine service processes and quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Previous bilingual support experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is advantageous.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
