Architect – Revit Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect proficient in Revit to lead the production of detailed construction documentation. The successful candidate will coordinate architectural projects, create high‑quality 3D renderings, and ensure all deliverables meet building code, zoning, and Department of Buildings standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, and wall typologies for DoB approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop high‑quality 3D renderings using Lumion (or equivalent software).
• Create comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Model and maintain accurate Revit models that comply with architectural and construction standards.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent and construction requirements.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong, verifiable architectural background with experience in project coordination.
• Ability to self‑organize, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
• Professional attitude, ethical behavior, and solid communication skills.
