Architect – Revit Specialist (Construction Documentation)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead the production of construction documentation and coordinate architectural projects. The successful candidate will create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and schedules while ensuring compliance with building and zoning codes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, sections, elevations, and wall typologies for Department of Buildings approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop high‑quality 3D renderings using Lumion (or equivalent software).
• Create comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Model and maintain accurate Revit models that meet architectural and construction standards.
• Ensure all designs are code‑compliant, meet client expectations, and adhere to project deadlines.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong, verifiable architectural or engineering background.
• Experience preparing drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
• Ability to provide timely updates on drawing completion and workload.
